Meet Your Hosts
"Welcome to AleGeo Apart! We strive to make you feel right at home while experiencing the beauty of Parga."
Hello, my name is Spyros Doulis. I am the owner of the accommodation, born and raised in the beautiful town of Parga. By profession, I am a photographer. Together with my wife Ioanna, we welcome you to our page where we aim to guide you through our apartment and give you a taste of the wonderful region of Parga.
The House
The apartment was renovated between November 2022 and April 2023, crafted with personal care, high taste, and custom woodworking for the beds, wardrobes, and handcrafted furnishings.
Located on the second floor of a three-story detached house in the center of Parga, it boasts an elevated, amphitheatrical position. You can enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee overlooking the vast blue Ionian Sea, Panagia Island, the port, and the town landscape.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a hot tea to complete meals. In the two bedrooms, you will find a double bed and two single beds (which can be seamlessly joined into a double). The mattresses feature selectable firmness options (soft or hard), memory foam technology pillows, and anti-allergic, waterproof protective covers. Upon your arrival, a refreshing selection of essentials awaits you in the refrigerator to help you relax after your journey.
Around Parga
Just a 3-minute walk from the apartment lies the entrance to the historic Venetian Castle of Parga. Nearby, you will find convenient parking, restaurants, cafes, and mini-markets.
Taking a 5-minute stroll to the left of the castle brings you to Valtos Beach—the largest beach in Parga—ideal for swimming, water sports, and seaside dining. Turning right down the scenic path from the castle leads you past traditional shops with local products, souvenirs, and jewelry, heading straight to Parga Port.
From the port, daily boat tours depart to secluded beaches as well as day trips to Paxos and Antipaxos. You can also rent a vehicle to explore historical sites and nearby traditional villages, or engage in local activities like hiking, kayaking, diving, horseback riding, and paragliding.
